Why I started working out and eating better

This journey has taught me so much and without becoming physically active more I wouldn't be where I am today. I think the common misconception is that the body will out last the mind when it comes to working out and improving your nutrition. The mind is a powerful tool and has pushed me physically harder than my body sometimes wants. When you figure out WHY you want to improve it is really important to set realistic goals and get there slowly. For me I tried to lose a ton of weight quickly and it failed. I had to reset my thinking and set a path of patience to achieve my goals...like all my goals.
